Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it. Please read the details of our return policy below:
RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact Customer Service to obtain a return address. Once you receive the return address, securely place the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
In some cases, your return shipment is free of charge. However, if the return is not due to an error on VYLUXE's part, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable items
- Intimates
- Gift cards
- Custom items
- Digital products

Orders are processed within 5 days of the customer's order. Cancellations may apply if the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order before shipment and within the specified cancellation period on the website.

Conditions
The item(s) and any accompanying free gifts must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
Swimwear, bodysuit, and lingerie returns can only be accepted if the hygiene liner remains intact.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for underwear, bras, water bottles, hair accessories, glasses, hats, socks, jewellery, shapewear or masks due to hygiene concerns, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Holiday Return Policy
Under normal circumstances, our refund policy requires you to submit a request within 30 days of receiving the package, and you then have another 30 days to ship the items back. However, considering your holiday schedule, if you have any concerns or difficulties, please contact our customer service at service@alzya.com for assistance.
Gift Returns Policy
You can return gifted items following the same return timeframe and conditions. To process a gift return, please provide the order number or the email address used to place the order. For assistance, contact service@alzya.com.
International Return Policy
We accept international returns under the same 30-day policy. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake or defective item. Please reach out to contact@alzya.support before initiating an international return.
